Nuriko from Fushigi Yuugi. Totally forgot the character's names from that manga! I don't think I ever read it or watched the series, but it had really pretty art. I would assume this was done in 2002, since I forgot to sign and date this. ^_^;; I was 16 or 17 when I drew this.
